Ritual Roots
Inspired by Sacred Everyday Care
CARE honors ritual as a practice of intention, cleansing, beauty, water, and balance. Our rituals are inspired by African, Asian, and Indigenous relationships with nature, body, spirit, and daily care — while respecting that some ceremonies are sacred and not ours to copy.
African-Inspired
Honoring water, remembrance, oils, shea, rhythm, adornment, and the body as a vessel of life. CARE translates this into hydration, gratitude, and restoration.
Asian-Inspired
Honoring water, tea, breath, cleansing, gentle beauty practices, and daily discipline. CARE translates this into hydration, mindful ritual, balance, and renewal.
Indigenous-Inspired
Honoring land, water, plants, season, and reciprocity. CARE encourages mindful plant-based care, gratitude, and respect for nature.
CARE rituals are for self-care, reflection, and education. They are not medical advice and are not intended to replace professional care. CARE honors cultural traditions with respect and does not recreate closed or restricted ceremonies.
